RACE DETAILS
When do the races begin?
- The 2 mile race starts at 9:00 a.m.
- The 5 mile race starts at 10:00 a.m.
Where does the race begin?
- The race will start and finish on the Veterans Memorial Bridge.
- The bridge is adjacent to St. Malachi Church.
What distances are available?
- There are two separate races that start one hour apart.
- The 2 mile race starts first.
- The 5 mile race follows one hour later.
- Participants may also select the Combo category and complete both races.
- Combo participants receive a shirt, medal, and beer.
- Combo participants also receive a custom Combo bib and a medal-ribbon slider commemorating their additional accomplishment.
- Both the 2 mile and 5 mile races are timed.
Are there age restrictions at this event?
- No, participants of all ages are invited to participate.
- Children riding in strollers may participate for free.
- All other children must be individually registered.
How is this race timed?
- Both races will be chip timed using MYLAPS BibTag technology.
- A disposable timing chip is attached to the back of each race bib.
- There is no need to return your bib or timing chip after the race.
Where can I see my results?
- A link to the RTRT results will be added to the race website’s home page approximately one week before the event.
- Results information will also be included in the pre-race email.
- QR codes linking to the results will be posted at various locations on race day.
- Race results and photographs will be available through RTRT.
- Participants can download and print a finisher certificate pre-populated with their name and time.
- Race results will not be available on the SMCR website.
Are there pacing restrictions or a course cutoff time?
- There are no pacing restrictions.
- There are no course cutoff times.
- Participants may complete either course by running, walking, or using a combination of both.
- Participants walking considerably slower than most of the field may be asked to move to the sidewalks.
- This decision will be made at police discretion so city streets can reopen.

- The tax is collected by the event on behalf of the appropriate government agencies.

- The participant pays the tax, and the event remits the money to the government.
Can I register my whole family or group at once?
- Yes.
- You can add additional registrations to your RunSignup shopping cart before checking out.
I did not receive a confirmation email. How do I know I am registered?
- Sign in to your account on the RunSignup website.
- Your RunSignup account will display all races for which you are currently registered.
What do I get with my registration?
